Android 4.1 Jelly Bean vs iOS 6 vs Windows Phone 8 – Now that some new mobile operating systems are being pushed and launched, the fight will begin. Which is better and which is worse. This may sway your buying decision in either direction. Will you buy a Windows cell phone, will you buy a iPhone APPLE IOS 6 powered device or will you stick with Android and the new Jelly Bean Operating system. This is the decision that you must make soon. This comparison should be helpful in making your OS decision easier when you buy a new phone or sell your old one and upgrade.

Summary – All the different operating systems are having fun competing together, and this makes everyone better. However we did find that Windows was a little bit weak on the applications that were available because they have not been out for too long. Windows only has around 100,000 apps available, but IOS (Apple) and Android (jelly bean) has around 600,000 apps. This is 6X the apps that Windows has. Android’s weakness was that Android can get viruses easier then any other device on the market.

Android and the Virus – It is somewhat like Windows vs. Mac in todays times. Windows powered computers get viruses much easier because there is a LOT more computers out there then MAC computers. For every 1 Mac computer there are over 20+ Wondows-PC powered computers. Virus makers would rather spend time making viruses that infect more computers. This is why android will get MOST all the virus heat in the future. Its a simple fact, there are more android powered devices to infect! Doesn’t this make perfect sense?

I am use to it, and enjoy its ease of function and simplicity. However I will say that Android and Windows mobile operating systems are improving majorly and will continue to improve as time goes on!
