AT&T gives up on T-Mobile deal, companies will remain separate, despite a constant fight!
After a series of tries, fails, and uprisings, the company AT&T, just got smaller then it first thought.
At first the super cell giant, AT&T, had some good headway, until other motivated anti-merger activists decided to create Facebook adds, Facebook pages, Youtube videos, and websites all criticizing and tearing down AT&T’s endeavors to be # 1, in the telecommunications industry.
Many said it will degrade the competition, by causing a monopoly. T-Mobile has always been seen as the company with cheaper rates, not the best service, but still cheaper. If AT&T were to acquire it, there massive company would become even bigger, and they would be able to up the prices, this is what many feared along with the deletion of competition causing a negative effect on the economy of the telecommunications industry.
But (for now) AT&T, and T-Mobile will remain completely separate, and on different sides of the road!
