Galaxy Nexus Phone Banned in U.S. –

This recent victory will completely BAN all the smartphone sales of the Google nexus within the U.S.  Nothing like this has happened in the U.S.  But this is the first.  Once Apple wins something like this in the U.S. other cases will be in favor of banning within the U.S.  We should ask ourselves if this is a monopoly or just Apple protecting patents that other makers stole.  What do you think?

Apple makes another breakthrough in their venture to destroy the large tower of android.  They have tried many other times to ban different phones in the U.S.  This time Apple and their awesome lawyers have succeeded in overthrowing one of the fastest selling google phones, the NEXUS.  When it comes to doing things right, Apple doesn’t fall short when it comes to protecting their smartphone territory.  If you are a smartphone maker these days, it will be hard.  Apple has thousands of patents, and if ANYTHING is even close to the iPhone you will have a lawsuit against you that is backed by a company that has more cash reserves then the U.S. itself!  Apple has BILLIONS of dollars, and they are not afraid to use it in defending anything close to their patents.  So, beware Nexus, Motorola, Android, and other makers, because Apple isn’t going to stop at nothing.

Here are all the patents with their reasons.  This is how Apple Inc. is banning the Nexus.

1. 8,086,604 – Siri Interface that listens to you and connects to the web.
2. 8,046,721 – Slide To Unlock was used on the Nexus, and thus gets caught by copyright infringement.
3. 8,074,172 – Touch Screen Word suggestion prompting a suggestion to unlock gesture.
4. 5,946,647 – Action linking, basically linking actions within the phone itself.
